One of America’s most revered puppeteers, Allelu Kurten will talk about her 50 years at the center of the development of United States puppetry, her work with husband John Kurten in the Kurten Puppets, Jim Henson, Dick Myers, the Puppeteers of America, and other fascinating aspects of American puppetry.

Museum Information

The Ballard Museum is open to the public Fridays - Sundays 12-5pm and by appointment.

Admission is free, with a $5 suggested donation appreciated.

The museum is wheelchair accessible.
